Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
- proficiency in maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- ability to work from heights
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of safety protocols
- ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 40lbs
- ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- basic physical fitness for emergencies
- ability to move quickly and efficiently
- good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- clear vision with or without correction
- ability to differentiate color-coded signs and cables
- ability to work in various indoor temperatures
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- capability to work in noisy environments with hearing protection
- valid driver’s license for work-related travel
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
- proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- ability to work from heights
- effective communication skills and strong customer service skills
- knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- strong problem-solving abilities
- experience in HVAC, critical facility maintenance, and construction finishing are a plus
Job Duties
- perform general area cleanup to maintain a tidy and organized environment
- conduct touch-up painting as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the facility
- manage tool inventory and ensure tools are maintained in good working condition
- undertake door repairs and handle the mounting of signage as required
- execute minor electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs and addressing minor electrical issues
- handle minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and addressing drainage issues
- perform basic minor carpentry tasks to repair or improve building structures and fixtures
