The hourly pay ranges from $45.00 to $50.00, with comprehensive benefits eligibility depending on job classification and length of employment. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide on-site technical support for AI Server systems ensuring rapid recovery and minimal downtime
- Design and implement standard procedures
- Perform corrective maintenance on AI Servers including part replacements and hardware firmware upgrades with precision and accountability
- Diagnose complex system malfunctions isolating issues to Dell or other OEM vendors or software executing appropriate action plans
- Perform proactive and reactive maintenance and hardware Field Change Orders (FCOs) per established procedures
- Enforce safety quality and documentation guidelines during interventions
- Conduct initial system health checks and environmental audits to ensure operational compliance
- Coordinate with logistics teams for expedited delivery of critical parts managing multi-million dollar inventory
- Collaborate with Customer Delivery Executive (CDE) Technical Customer Success Managers (TCSM) AI Data Center Functional Leaders Technical Engineers and Field Service Manager (FSM) to develop and implement recovery protocols
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams before during and after service activities
- Identify recurring issues and propose process enhancements or automation opportunities
- Participate in on-call rotations or extended hours support
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate firmware updates and compatibility
- Author comprehensive technical documentation for recurring issues
- Provide training and support to team members on tool usage and procedures
- Mentor Associate and Career-level Customer Engineers
- Maintain knowledge of Dell equipment software and OEM systems through ongoing training
- Design quick-reference guides for common troubleshooting scenarios
- Manage assigned spare parts tools and test equipment
- Update service records including Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) updates expense reports and timecards accurately and timely
- Ensure prompt parts returns
- Follow escalation procedures as required
- Document and track information gathered and steps performed
- Conduct monthly rigorous audits of inventory levels
- Present weekly operational summaries for leadership highlighting key metrics and trends
