The role also involves supporting warehouse cleanliness and performing safety checks, contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

This position requires teamwork and collaboration to uphold DoorDash's value of "one team, one fight," fostering a respectful and productive work atmosphere. Where applicable, candidates may guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations and assist with logistics such as parking lot management and order staging.

This opportunity offers market-competitive pay with additional night shift differentials, flexible shifts including AM, PM, and overnight hours, and a robust benefits package from day one for full-time employees. Benefits include paid time off, sick leave, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), gym membership reimbursements, subscription perks, employee assistance programs, and potential for career advancement. DoorDash emphasizes diversity and inclusion, encouraging candidates from various backgrounds to apply, and maintains a strong commitment to an equitable and discrimination-free workplace.
