Job Description

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks across the United States. Specializing in advanced wireless communication technologies, CTS excels in the design, installation, and support of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cell networks, Emergency Responder Radio Communications Systems (ERRCS), and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks tailored for enterprise environments. With an extensive footprint in the telecommunications industry, CTS provides clients with robust, reliable, and scalable wireless infrastructure solutions that drive seamless connectivity in complex enterprise, industrial, transportation, and carrier settings.

As an industry leader, CTS has built a reputation for delivering large-scale and technically intricate deployments with precision, quality, and safety at the forefront. The company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment as an Equal Opportunity Employer. This commitment extends to its talent acquisition strategy, where CTS seeks skilled professionals to join its rapidly growing Southern California region, an area renowned for its dynamic telecommunications market and innovation.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to become part of a high-performing team that executes complex wireless infrastructure projects with excellence. The Project Manager (PM) position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The PM will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from Pre-Construction through Closeout, ensuring all aspects of the project are meticulously managed and aligned to delivery goals.

The Project Manager acts as the primary point of accountability for communication, quality, safety, scheduling, and financial targets for every assigned wireless infrastructure project. The PM is empowered to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders but remains ultimately responsible for ensuring timely delivery on scope, budget, and quality commitments. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction marked by clear communication, safety compliance, and sound project management practices.

The PM will collaborate closely with Southern California Construction Managers and report directly to the Regional Operations Manager or Director. This position requires hands-on leadership in scheduling, billing management, change order processing, and overall administrative coordination—allowing Construction Managers and Operations leadership to focus on field execution and strategic growth initiatives.

In summary, the Project Manager role at CTS provides a strategic career pathway within an industry-leading company focused on next-generation wireless solutions. The position demands a combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, client communication skills, and financial acumen. Candidates can expect to engage in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to lead large deployments and influence the expanding enterprise wireless landscape in Southern California and beyond. This is a unique chance to contribute to critical infrastructure projects that support public safety, industrial operations, and enterprise connectivity for a diverse and growing client base.
