The role of Bartender at Caesars Entertainment is a vital part of delivering this extraordinary experience to guests. The bartender will be tasked with providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to every customer who approaches the bar. This position requires preparing and pouring a wide range of beverages and interacting with guests through entertainment pouring techniques. The bartender serves as an ambassador for the property, sharing information on current events, promotions, and attractions to enhance guest experiences. Handling cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism is also a key responsibility. Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

able to use hand motion when preparing and pouring all types of drinks for customers and servers
able to use hand motion when cleaning and wiping bar counter
able to bend, pull and carry bar stock to refrigerators and cabinets
responds to visual and aural cues
able to complete required paperwork for cash transactions
able to operate a variety of equipment
must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers
must present a pleasant and professional appearance
must be able to work in a smoke filled and noisy environment and maneuver through assigned area during entire shift
must be able to converse over the telephone in an environment with loud background noise
must be able to work any day, any shift
must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team

Job Qualifications

Two years previous experience as a bartender
high school degree or equivalent preferred
ability to obtain Bossier ABO Card and Responsible Vendor Certification
dexterity and capability to learn entertainment pouring
excellent customer service and communication skills
professional and pleasant appearance
ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
willingness to participate in ongoing training
knowledge of current property events, promotions, and attractions
able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Duties

Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
prepare and pour all types of drinks for customers and servers upon request
provide entertainment for guests through entertainment pouring
provide property information on current events, promotions and attractions to customers
process all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and present customer with bar receipt
meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
