Dallas Valet Attendant

This position offers a competitive pay structure starting at $2.13 per hour plus cash tips, with the potential to earn between $15 and $18 per hour depending on tips and performance. Shifts typically run during the evenings and nights, generally from 5 PM to 12 AM, providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules. The primary responsibility of the valet attendant is to greet and assist customers as they arrive, park their vehicles safely and efficiently, and represent the company positively as a visible and approachable team member.

The role is physically active and demands excellent stamina, as attendants are required to stand and run back and forth between their station and the vehicles throughout their shifts. They must also be prepared to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including hot, cold, rainy, or otherwise inclement weather. This steadfast commitment ensures customers receive reliable and consistent service regardless of the environment.

Attention to grooming and presentation is crucial, as attendants are the face of the company; therefore, a neat appearance without long hair or visible tattoos is required. The role also necessitates strict adherence to policies such as passing background checks and drug tests to maintain a safe and trustworthy work environment.
