  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and visitors at the Dallas office
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate with Executive Assistants and the Office Manager to support daily administrative needs
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Handle scheduling and appointment coordination as needed
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly by anticipating and addressing potential issues
