- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and visitors at the Dallas office
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Coordinate with Executive Assistants and the Office Manager to support daily administrative needs
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Handle scheduling and appointment coordination as needed
- Ensure office operations run smoothly by anticipating and addressing potential issues
