Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- eligible to work in Tennessee’s hemp industry
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety protocols and compliance regulations
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Passion for cannabis culture and concentrate education
- confident and clear communicator with guests and teammates
- comfort with cannabis consumption tools and proper handling
- team player who’s quick on their feet and cool under pressure
- knowledge of cannabis concentrates and consumption methods
- ability to educate and engage guests effectively
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- adherence to safety and compliance standards
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Guide guests through a personalized dab experience using rigs, electronic devices, or accessories
- maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming consumption station
- prep and present dabs, concentrates, and tools with care and education
- assist guests with proper device use, safety, dosage, and expected effects
- welcome guests to the lounge with warmth and personality
- provide walkthroughs of concentrates, flower, and infused products
- educate guests on cannabinoid effects, terpene profiles, and product comparisons
- recommend strains or extracts based on guest needs and preferences
- upsell or cross-sell drinks, merch, or additional product pairings
- handle POS transactions, tips, and cash accurately
- keep dab station stocked, sanitized, and aligned with compliance guidelines
- assist with retail floor needs as needed
- follow all responsible consumption laws and safety protocols
- document waste logs and assist with light inventory tasks
- complete daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties
