The organization emphasizes equal employment opportunities and maintains an inclusive workplace where individuals of diverse backgrounds are encouraged to thrive professionally and personally. Aramark encourages career development and strives to empower its employees by nurturing their talents and passions, helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and engaging environment.
The Food Retail and Brand Location Supervisor role at Aramark is a critical position responsible for leading and managing daily food service operations within a retail or brand-specific food location. This supervisory role requires hands-on leadership to ensure that food preparation aligns with company quality standards and brand requirements, that food safety and sanitation policies are strictly followed, and that the customer experience is maintained at a high level. Supervisors will oversee the preparations, storage, and serving of food items while managing inventory accurately to prevent waste and ensure efficiency. In addition to operational duties, this role also involves coaching and mentoring food service staff, delegating tasks to ensure smooth workflow, and providing performance feedback to encourage continual improvement.
Working in this capacity demands strong leadership abilities, multitasking skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently. The supervisor maintains excellent communication with the team and management, supports employee development, and collaborates closely with other managers in overseeing scheduling, timekeeping, and employee counseling. This role includes physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking, which are typical in food service operations. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.00 with an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plans such as 401(k), and paid leave options. The position is full-time and offers a stable career path within a well-established global food services company committed to sustainability, community impact, and employee well-being.
