Leidos is currently seeking a Cyber Integration Project Manager to join the AFCYBER USCYBERCOM 2.0 Integration Task Force located at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration and coordination of cybersecurity missions among various strategic, operational, and tactical level stakeholders. The Project Manager acts as the primary integrator facilitating communication and project tracking efforts between headquarters elements such as the Headquarters Air Force (HAF), United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), the 16th Air Force (16 AF), external partners, and subordinate wings executing cyber operations.

The Cyber Integration Project Manager is responsible for maintaining the master schedule, monitoring task progress, and enforcing accountability across Talent, Training, and Operational Ecosystem Lines of Effort (LOEs). This role requires familiarity with complex organizational constructs, superior coordination skills, and the ability to synthesize and disseminate high-level strategic communications effectively. The position demands expertise in facilitating multi-echelon synchronization meetings and producing concise briefings and situation reports tailored to leadership at various command levels.

Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience totaling at least ten years, with the possibility of substituting additional experience for a degree. Experience working in a headquarters staff environment with exposure to coordination among superior, subordinate, and peer organizations is highly valued along with a thorough understanding of the Cyber Mission Force structure.
