Job Description
We are a prominent organization specializing in military and cyberspace operations, dedicated to enhancing the readiness and operational capabilities of the Joint Force through innovative training and exercise programs. Our mission centers on developing comprehensive cyberspace exercise scenarios that reflect the dynamic and evolving nature of modern military environments. By leveraging advanced methodologies and collaborative planning, we aim to prepare our forces to effectively respond to current and emerging cyber threats. As a key player in national security, we support joint mission partners and stakeholders by providing expert-level planning, coordination, and execution of cyberspace training exercises that drive improvement in tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
The role of Cyberspace Exercise Planner Level I is crucial in achieving these objectives. This position involves the meticulous planning and coordination of medium- to large-scale military and cyberspace exercises that simulate realistic operational environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing exercise scenarios, developing training objectives, and creating exercise documentation that drives performance assessments and operational enhancements. Additionally, this role demands active coordination with various mission partners and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of exercise design, planning, execution, and post-exercise evaluation. The Cyberspace Exercise Planner Level I plays a pivotal role in capturing and analyzing lessons learned, which are fundamental to refining future operations and maintaining a state of readiness.
This role is well-suited for individuals with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training experience, bolstered by an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Ideal candidates will have experience in military exercise planning, cyberspace operations, and the development of detailed exercise plans, including Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs), simulation control injects, and After Action Reports (AARs). The position offers an opportunity to engage deeply with cutting-edge tactics and operational planning in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing directly to the preparedness and effectiveness of the Joint Force.
As a Cyberspace Exercise Planner Level I, you will not only plan and coordinate comprehensive exercise programs but also actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through the development of corrective action plans and performance assessments. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing the skills and responsiveness of military personnel in cyberspace operations. This is a permanent, full-time position that values expertise, collaboration, and innovation, with a focus on national defense and advanced military training.
