Cyber Excercise Planner with Security Clearance

The role of Cyberspace Exercise Planner Level I is crucial in achieving these objectives. This position involves the meticulous planning and coordination of medium- to large-scale military and cyberspace exercises that simulate realistic operational environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing exercise scenarios, developing training objectives, and creating exercise documentation that drives performance assessments and operational enhancements. Additionally, this role demands active coordination with various mission partners and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of exercise design, planning, execution, and post-exercise evaluation. The Cyberspace Exercise Planner Level I plays a pivotal role in capturing and analyzing lessons learned, which are fundamental to refining future operations and maintaining a state of readiness.

This role is well-suited for individuals with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training experience, bolstered by an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Ideal candidates will have experience in military exercise planning, cyberspace operations, and the development of detailed exercise plans, including Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs), simulation control injects, and After Action Reports (AARs).
