The Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, embodies the brand's storied legacy and commitment to luxury. Situated at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive, the hotel offers guests an enviable location with access to world-class designer shopping, fine dining, and stunning views. Currently, the Beverly Wilshire is seeking a full-time Barback to join the team at CUT, an acclaimed restaurant and part of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. This role is crucial in supporting the bar operations to ensure guests receive warm, accommodating, and professional service that meets the exacting standards detailed in the Four Seasons Service Handbook, Bar Guidelines, and Employee Manual. Reporting directly to the CUT Restaurant General Manager, the Barback is responsible for maintaining the bar's stock of liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware, and condiments, while also ensuring that all opening and closing duties are completed efficiently. The position requires a working knowledge of all products served at the bar and a commitment to sustaining the high standards of the CUT dining experience.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas
  • Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments
  • Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
  • Ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed
  • Serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
