Currently, FedEx Logistics is offering a hybrid position located in Springfield, Missouri, for a Customs Brokerage Coordinator. This role is integral to the team's efforts in ensuring the seamless entry of goods into the United States by coordinating the documentation required by U.S. Customs and various Government Agencies on behalf of importers. The position requires some onsite training at the beginning, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work once productivity and accuracy standards are met. Candidates must be residents within 50 miles of the Springfield location.

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate shipment records in line with regulatory and organizational policies is a key function of this role.

In addition to administrative duties, the coordinator will interact closely with internal departments, FedEx operations, and external customers to ensure a high level of service and compliance with international import and export regulations. They will also process agency brokerage shipments and may handle remote filings as part of their responsibilities.

Paid training is provided for this role, supporting candidates in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.87 per hour with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, catering to individuals seeking a balance of work-life stability in a structured yet flexible hybrid work environment. It is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or professionals aiming to build a career in customs brokerage and international trade facilitation.
