With its commitment to operational excellence and customer service innovation, FedEx Logistics plays a pivotal role in helping companies reach markets worldwide efficiently and reliably.

The role being offered at FedEx Logistics is centered on the coordination and management of documentation required for the entry of goods into the United States on behalf of importers. This position is vital to ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations as well as other participating government agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service, obtaining correct classification of goods for customs release using multiple resources, and processing various import-related documents. The role demands proficiency in data entry, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people across various organizational levels.

FedEx Logistics prides itself on being an Equal Opportunity Employer that supports diversity and inclusion and complies with hiring ordinances like the FAIR Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance for the City of Los Angeles.
