As part of the FedEx family, FedEx Logistics offers a comprehensive range of services, including international ocean and air freight forwarding, surface transportation and distribution, customs brokerage, trade and customs advisory services, and innovative e-commerce and trade facilitation solutions. Headquartered in Tonawanda, New York, FedEx Logistics is committed to delivering customer-centric services that support the seamless movement of goods worldwide while adhering to all regulatory requirements. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and ensures fairness to all applicants, including veterans and individuals with disabilities. FedEx Logistics not only offers competitive compensation but also supports the professional growth of its employees through benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

This position is a hybrid role based out of the Tonawanda, NY office, providing the flexibility to work remotely depending on company policies and operational requirements. Maintaining strong relationships with partners, brokers, and service providers is essential to exceed customer expectations continually. Additional duties involve resolving banking and letter of credit issues, advising on payment terms, obtaining payment on delinquent accounts, handling billing and post-entry activities, and performing route cause analyses.

Technical skills include accurate data input and corrections in computer systems, managing entry verification, and accessing external client systems as necessary. Communication skills across written, phone, and email channels are crucial for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and producing operational trend reports. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume and time-sensitive work, problem-solving and organizational skills, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) classification and U.S. Customs regulations is highly preferred, with paid training provided to build expertise. FedEx Logistics fosters a collaborative work environment that supports both new hires and long-term employees in their career development, empowering teams to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction consistently.
