Job Requirements

  • Must have open availability to work any shift and day
  • Must currently live within the Tucson area
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
  • Willingness to adhere to company uniform guidelines and codes of conduct
  • Must comply with safety, security, wellbeing and compliance policies

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and other passenger issues in the airport
  • Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft
  • Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags
  • Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage)
  • Make announcements in the gate area
  • Check baggage
  • Assign seats
