The role of the Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Uline is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are fluent in both English and Spanish. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $28 to $33, including a $2 shift differential, and operates on a schedule from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, covering four weekdays and one weekend day. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver world-class customer service by efficiently processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and addressing account inquiries through advanced technological platforms. Candidates will become product and solutions experts, enabling them to confidently handle questions regarding Uline’s broad product range, pricing structures, and shipping processes.
In this position, the Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will build strong business relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an understanding of customer needs to recommend the best Uline solutions. Additionally, specialists will assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
