At the Minnesota Branch located at 3325 Heiser St., Hudson, WI 54016, we are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering multiple shifts with pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour and significant growth and earning potential. This role is ideal for individuals who are fast, friendly, customer-focused, and eager to develop their skills in a supportive, technology-driven environment.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Uline, your primary responsibility will be to dive into the details of each customer order to ensure accurate and timely processing, while providing expert guidance on products and services. You'll be equipped with world-class technology and comprehensive training to become a product and solutions expert, capable of addressing pricing, shipping, and product questions confidently and efficiently. Your expertise will help build lasting business relationships through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work full-time on-site across various shifts
  • Successful completion of pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace
