As a Customer Support Specialist at Uline, your role will be pivotal in continuing the company tradition of exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for processing customer orders with precision, making insightful product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using advanced technology with efficiency and accuracy. The position requires you to become a product and solutions expert, empowering you to confidently answer customers’ questions about product details, pricing, and shipping logistics. Through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and recommending the best Uline solutions to meet those needs. Supporting customers as they navigate Uline’s website and facilitate online ordering will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but eagerness to learn will be trained
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Drug screening clearance
  • Commitment to full-time shifts
