The Customer Support Specialist role at Uline is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $27 to $32, including a $2 shift differential, with significant opportunities for professional growth and earning potential. Working hours for this position are from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, covering four weekdays plus one weekend day. The role centers on providing outstanding customer service by digging into order details, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries. Specialists will become product and solutions experts equipped to answer questions regarding product offerings, pricing, and shipping efficiently and confidently.

Uline’s Customer Support Specialists engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, building strong business relationships while ensuring customer needs are met with the best solutions Uline offers. This role requires the specialist to assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system, reinforcing Uline’s commitment to a seamless and satisfying customer experience. The company provides in-depth training to enhance communication and problem-solving skills, plus one-on-one mentoring and a collaborative working environment with regular team events to strengthen connections among colleagues. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus
  • willingness to work 1:30 PM to 10 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day
  • ability to work on-site at California Branch in Ontario, CA
  • drug-free workplace compliance including pre-employment hair follicle drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus, but eager learners will receive training

Job Duties

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
