The California branch, situated at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA, is currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Support Specialist. This full-time position operates primarily between 1:30 PM and 10 PM, spanning four weekdays and one weekend day, reflecting a work schedule aligned with the needs of Uline's diverse customer base. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but training will be provided
- Ability to work full-time 1:30 PM to 10 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day
- Must pass pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work onsite at California branch
Job Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but training will be provided
