The Customer Support Specialist role at Uline is a full-time, on-site position based at the California branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. The position offers competitive pay starting from $27 to $32 per hour, which includes a $2 shift differential. Scheduled shifts run from 1:30 PM to 10 PM covering four weekdays and one weekend day, providing a stable work schedule with significant growth and earning potential. This role requires a professional individual who is fast, friendly, and customer-focused, dedicated to providing legendary service that Uline’s customers have come to expect. The Customer Support Specialist will utilize world-class technology to process customer orders efficiently, handle account inquiries, and make insightful product recommendations. They will become experts on Uline products and solutions to confidently address questions related to products, pricing, and shipping, contributing to an overall superior customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus
  • eagerness to learn and willingness to train
  • ability to work full-time hours including shifts from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day
  • must be able to work on-site
  • pass pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
