With a workforce of over 9,800 employees spread across 14 different locations, Uline has built a reputation for stability, success, and a strong commitment to employee development. Known for its fast, friendly, and customer-focused approach, Uline prides itself on delivering legendary service that sets it apart in its industry. The company operates a drug-free workplace and insists all new hires complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. All positions are onsite, promoting a collaborative, in-person working environment that encourages team bonding and engagement through regular events. Uline is an equal opportunity employer supporting veterans and individuals with disabilities.
The role of Customer Support Specialist at Uline is a critical component of their customer service team based at the California Branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. This full-time position offers hours from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, covering four weekdays and one weekend day, with pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, providing significant growth and earning potential. The position involves in-depth training to develop exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with opportunities for professional growth through one-on-one peer mentoring and a supportive work environment.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You’ll become a product and solutions expert, able to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping. The role requires building strong business relationships with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You’ll need to clearly understand customer needs to recommend the best Uline solutions and assist customers in navigating Uline’s website and online ordering systems. Uline’s commitment to employee development ensures you receive comprehensive training, making this role accessible even to those new to customer service. The company offers a professional and collaborative environment where employees connect and grow together, supported by best-in-class facilities, including a fitness center and walking path.
Uline also offers a broad range of benefits including complete health insurance coverage, 401(k) plans with a 6% employer match starting day one, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a tuition assistance program that supports professional continuing education. This role is ideal for those looking to join a stable company with a strong culture focused on learning, development, and connection, while enjoying competitive pay and excellent benefits.
