The Customer Support Specialist role at Uline is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Located at the California branch in Ontario, CA, this full-time position operates from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, including four weekdays and one weekend day, offering pay from $27 to $32 per hour plus a $2 shift differential. This role is vital in maintaining the legendary service customers associate with Uline by handling order details, addressing inquiries, and making personalized product recommendations.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will become a product and solutions expert, empowered by extensive training to confidently handle questions related to products, pricing, and shipping. You will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, supporting their needs and helping them navigate Uline’s website and online ordering system. This role encourages building strong business relationships and fostering trust with customers by understanding their unique requirements and offering Uline’s best solutions. The position is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop professionally, supported by one-on-one peer mentoring and various professional development programs. - Prior customer service experience is a plus
