Their corporate culture emphasizes stability, success, and growth, making them an exemplary employer for individuals seeking long-term career opportunities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

The company operates on a drug-free policy, requiring all new hires to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. Employment is strictly on-site, promoting a cohesive and collaborative workplace atmosphere essential for delivering top-notch customer service. Uline is committed to equal employment opportunity, actively supporting veterans, disabled individuals, and promoting diversity in its workforce.

The Customer Support Specialist role at Uline is a full-time position based at the California branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $27 to $32, inclusive of a $2 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential as you advance in the role. This position offers extensive in-depth training designed to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills, setting the foundation for professional development. Uline’s supportive environment fosters career growth through one-on-one peer mentoring and ongoing development opportunities. You will engage with customers regularly, building strong and lasting business relationships by understanding their needs and recommending optimal solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

Working at Uline means becoming part of a vibrant team that values connection and collaboration. The on-site work setting enhances team spirit through regular events and shared experiences, ensuring that you feel both challenged and supported. Uline also takes pride in providing best-in-class, clean, and modern facilities, including a first-class fitness center and accessible nearby walking paths, encouraging a healthy lifestyle within the workplace.

Exceptional benefits complement this role, including complete health insurance coverage starting from day one, a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. Uline also offers a Tuition Assistance Program which supports professional continuing education, empowering employees to further their skills and knowledge while building their careers.
