The Customer Support Specialist position at Uline is a full-time role offering competitive pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential. The work schedule consists of a 1:30 PM to 10 PM shift, spanning four weekdays and one weekend day. This role is integral to maintaining Uline's legendary customer service standards by assisting customers with orders, recommending products, and addressing account inquiries using advanced technology systems. Specialists become product and service experts, helping customers navigate the website, answer pricing and shipping questions, and propose best-fit solutions to meet customer needs. Job Duties

  • process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
  • be a product and solutions expert by answering product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat
  • understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
  • help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
