The Customer Support Specialist role at Uline is a dynamic, fast-paced position designed for individuals who are eager to provide legendary customer service. Located at the Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI, this full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, along with significant growth and earning potential. This role involves processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries with the help of world-class technology. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but if you are eager to learn, we will train you
  • Must complete pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must be available for on-site full-time shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Eager to learn and able to train quickly

Job Duties

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
