The Customer Support Specialist position at Uline offers a full-time role from 1:30 PM to 10 PM covering four weekdays plus one weekend day. The compensation ranges from $27 to $32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential with significant growth and earning potential over time. This role is essential in maintaining Uline’s legendary customer service. It involves engaging with customers to process orders, make product recommendations, answer pricing and shipping questions, and provide general account support. The work environment is professional yet collaborative, with opportunities for direct mentoring and peer engagement through regular team events.
In this capacity, specialists will develop an in-depth understanding of Uline’s products and solutions to confidently provide customers with the best options available. The role requires navigating sophisticated world-class technology for order processing and customer account management, alongside assisting customers through phone, email, and chat communication channels. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but eager to learn and willing to be trained
