With a workforce exceeding 9,800 employees spread across 14 strategic locations, Uline has established a reputation built on stability, growth, and excellence. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, leveraging world-class technology and an experienced workforce to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Uline maintains a drug-free and inclusive workplace, requiring pre-employment hair follicle drug screenings for all new hires and ensuring all positions are on-site to foster collaboration and team engagement. As an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer, Uline welcomes veterans and individuals with disabilities, underscoring its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

This full-time Customer Support Specialist position located at Uline’s California Branch at 4810 South Hellman Avenue in Ontario, CA, offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $27 to $32, incorporating a $2 shift differential. The shift hours are from 1:30 PM to 10 PM four weekdays plus one weekend day, providing a consistent and reliable schedule. The role centers around ensuring fast, friendly, and precise customer service that aligns with Uline’s legendary standards. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage in processing customer orders, providing product recommendations, and managing account inquiries. You will become a product and solutions expert, responding to product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence and accuracy by using Uline’s advanced technology platforms.

This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their communication and problem-solving skills within a professional environment that offers one-on-one mentoring and opportunities for career advancement. The job requires building strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat, understanding their specific needs, and guiding them through Uline’s website and online ordering system effectively. The role emphasizes continuous growth and connectivity within an on-site team environment, fostering collaboration and regular team interaction to create a supportive workplace culture.

Candidates will benefit from an extensive training program aimed at sharpening their skills and preparing them to deliver exceptional service. This ongoing development is supported by a tuition assistance program covering professional continuing education. Uline’s employee benefits are comprehensive, including complete health insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan featuring a 6% employer match that starts from day one, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. The workplace environment is outfitted with best-in-class, clean, modern facilities, and amenities such as a first-class fitness center and a nearby walking path that contribute to employees’ well-being and work-life balance.
