Known for a culture of stability, success, and strong employee growth opportunities, Uline emphasizes a friendly and collaborative work environment. The company operates as a drug-free workplace, requiring a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening for all new hires, and all positions are on-site, ensuring a close-knit and supportive team atmosphere.

The Minnesota Branch, located at 3325 Heiser St., Hudson, WI 54016, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join as Customer Support Specialists. As a Customer Support Specialist at Uline, you will be deeply involved in processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries through world-class technology. The position demands a strong product and solutions expertise, enabling you to confidently answer queries related to product details, pricing, and shipping. Building and maintaining high-quality business relationships over multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat is essential.

Moreover, the role includes understanding customer needs well enough to tailor recommendations for Uline’s best solutions, assisting customers with navigating the company’s website and online ordering systems, and contributing to an overall positive customer experience. Uline offers in-depth training programs designed to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills, along with a professional environment enriched with peer mentoring and excellent opportunities for career development. Team-building events encourage connections and foster a collaborative workplace culture.

The working environment at Uline’s Minnesota Branch features modern facilities including a first-class fitness center and well-maintained walking trails, supporting employee wellness and work-life balance. With a comprehensive benefits package that includes complete health insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match starting on day one, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a tuition assistance program for continuing professional education, Uline demonstrates an ongoing commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.

Overall, this opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, offer strong communication skills, and desire to grow within a stable and respected company.
