This role is for a Customer Support Specialist based at Uline's California branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA. The position is full-time, with work hours from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, including four weekdays and one weekend day. The role offers pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour, which includes a $2 shift differential, alongside significant growth and earning potential. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by managing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and building strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
