Job Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, order processing, logistics, or administrative support experience required
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects/activities/goals
- ability to use sound judgement with strong de-escalation skills
- capable to utilize problem solving skills
- must possess excellent interpersonal skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels

- manufacturing experience preferred
Job Duties
- Supports the senior customer account specialist in managing key customer accounts, ensuring timely communication, order coordination, and overall account satisfaction
- enter and process customer orders, revisions, and returns in company systems with high level of detail and accuracy
- verify pricing, discounts, and contract terms based on established guidelines
- communicate order status updates, shipment details, and delivery changes as needed, ensure deadlines are adhered to
- coordinate with production planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to support on-time fulfillment
- work closely with all members of the team, both internal and external, to ensure timely and efficient communication
- display professionalism and participate to the ongoing efforts of the team
- monitor inventory and production schedules to identify and escalate potential issues
- maintain accurate and timely documentation within enterprise systems
- support shipping documentation and transportation coordination as required
- assist with resolving order discrepancies and administrative inquiries
- follow established processes and standard operating procedures
- maintain compliance with safety, attendance, and company standards
- perform other duties as assigned
