Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years of experience in customer supply chain, preferably in the food or CPG industry
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- expertise in Excel
- highly analytical
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- strong collaboration skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate ownership and accountability
