Customer Service/Lounge Staff-Japanese Bilingual

We are currently seeking friendly, service-oriented Lounge Staff to join our dynamic team. As a Lounge Staff member, your primary responsibility will be to support guests visiting our lounge by providing outstanding customer service, supporting daily operational activities, and maintaining the lounge's welcoming atmosphere. The role requires flexibility in working both at Waikiki and Ala Moana locations, adapting to varying shift schedules, and interacting with diverse customers.

The role operates on a shift-based schedule corresponding to the lounge's operating hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with options for early or late shifts. Part-time positions are considerable; however, full-time availability (five days per week) is preferred to maximize guest service consistency and team collaboration. Wage compensation ranges between $19 and $21 per hour, based on skills and experience, giving a fair and competitive pay scale that reflects the commitment and dedication of our staff.

This position is also an excellent match for bilingual candidates fluent in Japanese and conversational in English, facilitating seamless communication with a diverse clientele, including tourists and local patrons. Candidates with valid work authorization in the U.S., including those recently starting or planning to start Optional Practical Training (OPT), are encouraged to apply.
