Job Requirements
- 1 year of customer service, retail, or wedding/event industry experience preferred
- Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, professional customer support in person, online, and by phone
- Assist customers with rental selections, event details, and product recommendations
- Create quotes, update orders, and process payments in rental software
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with operations and warehouse teams
- Confirm event logistics with planners, venues, and clients
- Review orders for accuracy, availability, and special requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready showroom
