We are currently seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Specialist I to join our dedicated call center team located in Henderson, NV. This is a fully in-office position designed for individuals who are passionate about providing top-tier customer service and have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. As a Customer Service Specialist I, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, agents, and internal partners, managing inquiries and resolving issues through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your role will involve delivering accurate information, helping customers navigate online tools, and maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions as per company and state regulations.
In this role, you will operate within a fast-paced, structured call center environment and be expected to meet specific performance, quality, and productivity standards. The position requires the ability to multitask effectively, utilize computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiently, and demonstrate excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a year or more of call center or office experience to advance their careers in customer service within the insurance industry. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $20.50 to $21.50 per hour, with the higher rate applicable for bilingual Spanish speakers. This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Henderson, NV call center, meaning candidates must be available for all training days starting April 27th, 2026, and able to work primarily a sedentary role with minimal travel. Occasional voluntary overtime may be requested to meet business needs. Job Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured call center environment
Job Qualifications

- Associate’s degree (preferred)
