We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Scheduling Agent to join our team. This important role is central to our operations, functioning as the primary point of contact between customers and service teams. The Customer Service Scheduling Agent will be entrusted with managing incoming scheduling requests and coordinating appointments in a way that balances customer preferences with operational availability. The ideal candidate will thrive in environments that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. This role entails direct interaction with customers through both phone and email communication, requiring clarity, professionalism, and a friendly approach.

Beyond basic scheduling duties, the role demands a strategic mindset focused on optimizing route and schedule efficiency while delivering top-notch customer support. The selected agent will keep meticulous records using scheduling and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, enabling easy access and management of appointment data. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20, reflecting the responsibility and skill required. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or scheduling roles
  • ability to manage both inbound and outbound communications effectively
  • proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work one Saturday a month
  • strong organizational abilities
  • capacity to remain calm under pressure
