Job Requirements
- 2 years' experience in wine or spirits industry including restaurant, retail, or wholesale
- knowledge of major wine regions, producers, and grape varieties
- effective communication skills
- computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- proficiency with iOS devices and applications
- experience with internet navigation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Sales order entry via phone and email
- order management for app, web and automated orders
- customer service support
- provide delivery ETAs to clients
- generate sales and operational reports
- assist with in-store tastings, staff trainings, and trade tastings
- support logistics, finance, design, events, and compliance departments
- handle special projects for sales, operations, customers, and suppliers
