Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred
- Prior accounts receivable experience encouraged
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Professional telephone and email communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred
- Prior accounts receivable experience highly encouraged
- High school diploma or GED equivalent recommended
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette
- Strong active listening, responsiveness, and personable skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative team player capable of working independently
- Problem solver comfortable in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email
- Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel
- Perform accounts receivable duties including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through UniFirst’s escalation process
- Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department
- Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties
