Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred
  • Prior accounts receivable experience encouraged
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Professional telephone and email communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred
  • Prior accounts receivable experience highly encouraged
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent recommended
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette
  • Strong active listening, responsiveness, and personable skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player capable of working independently
  • Problem solver comfortable in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email
  • Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel
  • Perform accounts receivable duties including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through UniFirst’s escalation process
  • Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department
  • Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties
