The Customer Service Representative position at UniFirst is a critical role responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the company. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, acting as a liaison to resolve inquiries related to accounts, company procedures, and services. Employees in this position will benefit from a standard Monday through Friday workweek with weekends off, promoting a healthy work-life balance. It also includes basic data entry tasks and other clerical responsibilities designed to maintain smooth operational flow within the company.

UniFirst provides extensive on-the-job training, a robust online service certification program, and access to an innovative learning platform called The Learning Center. This commitment to professional development ensures employees continue to build their skills and advance their careers within the company.

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $17.98 to $23.92 per hour depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and location. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid time off, 401K with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and referral bonuses, making this a comprehensive package that supports employees both financially and personally.

UniFirst’s team culture emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
