The customer service representative position at UniFirst is integral to maintaining high-quality relationships between the company and its wide customer base. This full-time role operates on a 5-day workweek schedule with weekends off, offering a balanced work-life environment. The company provides on-the-job training and access to a comprehensive training platform called The Learning Center, designed to empower team partners with the skills they need to excel.

As a customer service representative, you will act as a vital point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and service offerings. This role demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will respond to customers via telephone and email. Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks and performing basic data entry are also key aspects of this position. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams to efficiently manage communications and records.

UniFirst seeks candidates who are responsive, personable, and capable of thriving both independently and in a team setting. Essential skills include active listening, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Candidates comfortable with basic math operations and able to handle physical requirements, such as lifting up to 25 pounds and sitting for extended periods, will adapt well to this role.

In summary, this position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior customer service and accounts receivable experience looking to join a reputable and growth-oriented company.
