Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or insurance-related role preferred
- proficiency in Spanish preferred
- willingness to undergo licensing and coaching for insurance
- ability to work Monday to Friday during office hours
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach
- previous customer service experience is preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
- willingness to obtain and maintain insurance licensing with support and reimbursement from the agency
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing timely and accurate policy information
- support customers with policy changes, updates, and general inquiries
- explain insurance coverage details and answer questions
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations and outstanding service delivery
