Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer and internet use
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Availability to work standard business hours Monday to Friday
- Willingness to participate in background and motor vehicle checks as part of hiring process
Job Qualifications
- Must be PC literate and familiar with the internet
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Good aptitude for solving customer service issues
- Proficient in professional telephone procedures and email correspondence
- Ability to work as a team player and build rapport with sales and operations teams
- Multitasking oriented
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service and genuine customer commitment
- Operational knowledge of major office equipment
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Able to undergo background checks including motor vehicle check if required
Job Duties
- Answer and respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Respond to correspondence received via email and fax
- Verify accuracy of packing slips for processed orders
- Perform quality control to ensure product accuracy in customer orders
- Assist customers by troubleshooting questions, issues, complaints, and inquiries related to products, services, repairs, and order status
- Handle shipping procedures and track customer shipments, coordinating with multiple carriers
- Perform general office duties such as receptionist tasks, order entry, collections, and quality control checks
- Participate in special projects related to the department as required
