Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- One year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays including rotation for store opening and closing
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems
- One year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all documentation and approvals
- Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements maintaining accurate account information
- Follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to Management
- Support operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks by gathering documentation
- Maintain accurate records, prepare routine reports, and ensure all paperwork is properly filed
- Work cooperatively with sales team, merchandising personnel, and other store associates
- Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management
