- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner
- provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
- address customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- support management with operational audits and compliance checks
- maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
- collaborate with sales team and store associates to ensure efficient store operations
- utilize point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- complete additional tasks as assigned by management
