- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- One year of customer service, office, or administrative experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person, by phone, and email
- Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions under supervision
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary
- Support management with audits, inventory, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure paperwork is completed and filed properly
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store associates to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office tools
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management
