Job Requirements

- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- preferred 1 year of customer service, office, or administrative experience

Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
- provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
- address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management
- support management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
- maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
- work cooperatively with sales team, merchandising personnel, and other store associates
- utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- complete any additional tasks as assigned by management
