The role of an Energy Adviser at Eversource is pivotal, putting you at the forefront of customer interactions by handling inbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional service tailored to meet customer needs. This position requires strong communication skills, especially bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, as you will be assisting a diverse customer base. Working as an Energy Adviser means engaging with the rapidly evolving energy sector, focusing on quality and excellence while balancing independent work with collaborative team efforts. This position is union-represented and offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with flexible shifts and excellent opportunities for overtime during emergency or weather-related restoration events.

Compensation starts at $26.73 per hour, with additional pay for overtime and an annual performance-based bonus. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience helping customers in any capacity
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • pass pre-employment skills test
  • pass background check
  • pass drug screening
  • availability for emergency restoration assignments
  • willingness to travel between MA, CT, and NH
  • availability for extended hours and overtime
  • live within service territory
  • willing to work holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
