The Kenosha Branch, located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI, offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service to join as a Full-Time Overnight Customer Service Representative. This role offers a competitive starting pay from $29 to $34 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, reflecting the overnight work schedule, along with significant growth and earning potential. Full-time schedules include flexible 4-day or 5-day on-site shifts, with weekend work as a standard expectation.

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will serve as a vital connection between the company and its customers. Your primary mission is to deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service that upholds Uline's legendary reputation. You will diligently handle customer orders, provide product recommendations, and resolve account inquiries utilizing state-of-the-art technology. The role requires you to become an expert on Uline's comprehensive product line and solutions, empowering you to confidently address questions related to product details, pricing, and shipping.

Your communication skills will shine as you build enduring business relationships through phone, email, and chat interactions.
