We are currently seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our fast-paced service department within our Business Development Center (BDC). This role is integral to our service operations as the first voice our customers hear when they call for vehicle service needs. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound service calls, scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs, and making outbound calls, including cold calls, to invite customers for recalling, routine maintenance, and recommended services following previous visits. This position demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to customer service, and an ability to work effectively in a team environment supporting both the dealership and mobile service teams. You will play a key role in maintaining the service drive's capacity and enhancing customer experience to encourage repeat business.

This is an onsite, full-time role offering a five-day work week with rotating Saturdays. Pay starts at $16 per hour, plus performance bonuses, with additional factory incentives and spiff programs available. Job Requirements

  • This is an onsite position
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to multitask and follow up with accuracy
  • Skilled with computer data entry and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Skilled with computer data entry and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Capable multitasking and following up with accuracy

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound service calls and set up vehicle service appointments
  • Make outbound calls including cold calls to schedule customers for routine maintenance, recalls, or recommended services
  • Support both the dealership and mobile service teams by scheduling efficiently and communicating clearly
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat business
  • Log customer interactions and appointment activity in the CRM system
  • Assist with other duties as needed
